Make your own Thanksgiving name cards
Enter one guest per line and choose Harvest Gold & Maple or Autumn Oak & Acorn. Classic and minimal themes are available too. Add notes such as Grandma Helen: Vegetarian to print a meal choice below a name.
Print, cut and fold your place cards
Choose US Letter or A4 to match your paper. Print the PDF at 100% or Actual size. Cut along the corner marks with scissors or a paper trimmer. For tent cards, lightly score the dashed center line with a ruler and a blunt scoring tool, then fold and press the crease.
Tent cards measure about 3.89 inches wide by 1.53 inches high when folded. Flat cards measure 3.5 by 2 inches. A guest list of 12 uses four tent-card sheets or two flat-card sheets.
Paper and table-setting tips
Use cardstock that your printer supports, and check its paper-weight limit before feeding a sheet. Try the manual feed tray if your printer recommends it. Print a test on ordinary paper first.
Cream cardstock suits the warm harvest colors. Place a tent card above each plate or on a folded napkin; a small pumpkin or rosemary sprig makes a simple accent.
